World Happiness Report
OVERVIEW
The World Happiness Report is a landmark survey of the state of global happiness. The report continues to gain global recognition as governments, organizations and civil society increasingly use happiness indicators to inform their policy-making decisions. The reports review the state of happiness in the world today and show how the new science of happiness explains personal and national variations in happiness.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project was to perform an exploratory analysis of the data in order to discover trends & insights that will allow us to gain a better understanding of what contributes to "variations in happiness." The analysis was primarily conducted in Python utilizing correlation diagrams, JSON, linear regression, clusters, and time series. With the results being visualized in Tableau.
Data Summary
Then lastly, in terms of the actual data-set I choose to analyze The World Happiness Report, from 2015 to 2019. Then for the geographical visualizations, I used the JSON file from the project's website.
